    Hi abhilash.kumar.niit,

This error has been fixed in the Outlook Integration v1.3.5. You can download the new extension version from the EspoCRM customer portal.

        abhilash.kumar.niit,

Sorry, but I don't quite understand what Approval you're talking about. Could you show me the issue on a screenshot?

            Please try following:

Allowing user consent for apps in the Microsoft Entra admin center:
            1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center: https://entra.microsoft.com
            2. Go to Azure Active Directory (or Identity) > Applications > Enterprise applications > Consent and permissions.
            3. Under User consent for applications, select Allow user consent for apps and click Save.

I can say that my test user on the Microsoft side connects to EspoCRM without admin rights (screenshot 1).

We have analyzed the current problem and can recommend the following steps to solve it. I'll leave step 3 for other users who might find it helpful:
                1. Make sure to grant tenant-wide admin consent in Enterprise apps pane.
                  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/en...rise-apps-pane
                2. Enabling app registration by users in the Microsoft Entra admin center:
                  • Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center, https://entra.microsoft.com/.
                  • In the menu on the left, go to Azure Active Directory (or Identity) > Users > User settings.
                  • Enable the Users can register applications option by setting the toggle button to Yes and click Save to apply your changes.
                3. Allowing user consent for apps in the Microsoft Entra admin center:
                  • Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center: https://entra.microsoft.com.
                  • Go to Azure Active Directory (or Identity) > Applications > Enterprise applications > Consent and permissions.
                  • Under User consent for applications, select Allow user consent for apps and click Save.
                Attached Files

                    Try both options.

You also did not answer whether you tried to follow the steps (especially step 2) from my previous post.

If none of the above helped - send the EspoCRM error log after the User tries to log in.
