Problems with the Report Panel (Advanced Pack)

Hello!!! I am having trouble viewing the data in the report panel. The panel is configured under the Account entity, and it does appear, but the data is empty. (I am attaching images.)

The linked report is correctly configured, but the data does not show up. It seems as if the report panel is not properly related to the Account entity.

Hi smachado,

Your first screenshot shows the Detail view of an Account record, in which the "Código SAP" field is filled in and you expect the value of this field to appear in the Report Panel, which is also created for the Account entity, but this is not the case. Here is a quote from the documentation:

The report panel shows results related to the record that is viewed.

So, if we take your example, the data from the Account:



then they should not be displayed in the Report Panel of this Account. This data should be displayed in the Report Panel of the related record (for example, Contact).

That is, in the settings of your Report Panel, the Entity Type should be "Contact", although the Entity Type of your Report is Account.
