I am trying to upgrade my Advance Pack extension and cannot login to the portal. I have recenly lost my laptop with access codes - who should I contact?

You can also try to recover your portal password by clicking forgot password.

/opt/cpanel/ea-php83/root/usr/bin/php -c /home/collectionau/public_html/php.ini command.php upgrade -y
It upgraded but did cause a file ownership issue but all fixed now.
