    Portal Login

    I am trying to upgrade my Advance Pack extension and cannot login to the portal. I have recenly lost my laptop with access codes - who should I contact?

    Please contact via the website contact form.

    You can also try to recover your portal password by clicking forgot password.

      Hi, thanks for the reply. I did try yesterday to contact via the website but it would not submit, I have successfully submitted a request today.

        Advanced Extension succeeded to 3.63 but I still cannot upgrade t ESPOCRM 9 - do I have t uninstall the extension maybe to upgrade

          Please describe in more detail what problem you are facing when trying to upgrade your EspoCRM instance. Also, please share the error logs.

        Thanks for standing by - a change to the command -
        /opt/cpanel/ea-php83/root/usr/bin/php -c /home/collectionau/public_html/php.ini command.php upgrade -y
        It upgraded but did cause a file ownership issue but all fixed now.
