I would like to know more about extension licensing.
Is the license fee paid only once?
Or does it have to be paid every year for it to work?

What I mean is: if I feel the upgrade is not necessary; And I paid for the expansion pack once _ it will still work without upgrading

yes but to certain versions of espocrm. meaning if espocrm has been upgraded to a major version with break changes then extensions should follow those changes, of course if you don't upgrade your espocrm version then it should be fine.

My view is to renew once your license is expired to get new upgrade with new features and mainly to support this amazing team who is working a lot to give us this amazing CRM for free. So i hope you will be mindful about this and keep in mind that a 2 years license has 30% Off
