I have a custom Entity that I have enabled "Multiple Assigned Users" on.
However when building reports "Multiple Assigned Users" is not an option.
What can I do?

Do you mean not available in Group By? Link-Multiple fields are not supported for grouping.

The probable solution is to create a report for the User entity, group by ID or User Name and use the foreign entity in the column expression. But I'm not sure whether it will work for your specific case.
