If I understood you correctly, it will be enough for you to create a Workflow (you need to have the Advanced Pack extension):

Actions:
It is in Actions that you can specify the fields from the Meeting, the values of which you need to copy into the Lead fields that were created after the Meeting ended (the Meeting status changed to Held).
