    Hello friends,
    I have a question: is it possible to make one specific case fixed or give it a different color, as seen in image 2, because currently, all the cases look the same, just like in image 1?

    You could fix it by making a new int field call order and ordering by this field, then giving the case you want to be fixed on top the value for it to be fixed.

    Or you could use some custom css to give a different color to the subject.

        It seems like this is just for emails, but I want to do this within the "Case" entity, not in emails.
