403 Access Denied - Lead Capture

Hi,
Im facing a strange behavior today, everything works fine on 8.0.2 but when I try to create a new Lead Capture, on the Target List Dropdown I receive Error 403.

As I tried to debug, its something with Scope Missing. We think this error came after installing Advanced pack.

I will keep updated if I found something.

Please provide EspoCRM error log and related screenshots to investigate this issue further.
