How to transfer menu bar group tabs settings from one instance to another instance

Hi,

I am facing a problem transferring the menu bar group tabs settings from one instance to another instance. This is what i do:

1. I have created one instance called "TstCRM" and another instance named "DevCRM, both being exactly identical.
2. Then i customize the menu bar in TstCRM and create groups using the "User Settings" admin option.
3. I also did some changes to the entities in the TstCRM.
4. On completion, I copy/paste the Custom->Espo folder from TstCRM into the DevCRM to update the instance (my usual procedure).
5. When i start up the DevCRM instance and rebuild, i find none of the group tabs have been carried over and i had to define them all over.

Is there way i could make this transfer work?

If I recall correctly the Tabs settings are saved in the config.php file, try to look for that there.

That is true. You can literally copy the complete config.php to another installation.
