WebSocket issue on macos

After updating espocrm from version 6.1.5 to 7.3.4 encountered a problem that websocket stopped working, but only on macOS.
On windows everything works fine.


We get the following error on the google chrome console:
WebSocket connection to 'wss://<DOMAIN>/wss?authToken=df0d6abeff660db024e001ad9d7f5dd3&use rId=1' failed:

there are no problem with macOS from 10.11.x, 10.13.x, 10.15.x; M1 ventura.. (we have all macOS version and mac hardware) with chrome (last or some little past version) in espocrm 7.3.4.

you need certainly, make a :
have you cleared chrome cache ?

maybe try : in admin=>setting=> use cache = false.
i have in the past some issue with a corrupt cache. .. c

clearCache .. espocrm and too chrome.

Hi rabii,

maybe i have not understand, but there are nothing to do in macOS. (else if you install on macOS but it's painfull because need update php and so..).
it's webserver/apache/nginx config (and dns if you have reverse proxy or extension like outlook => siteURL)
