'Undefined' showing on stream

When I open an entity, (in the example below, a Lead) the stream has 'Undefined' at the bottom of the list before the 'Show more' button. But, on refresh it disappears and the stream is visible again. Has anyone come across this?

Try to upgrade your instance to the latest version and recheck the issue:
