add prefix to entity

Hello guys,
sorry for this noob questions, but i am new to espocrm.
Can you guys help to set prefix to the invoice entity number...
right now is going as for example: I-00001 and i want to set it as INV/2023/00001 for the sequence. (Year and Invoice number needs to be generated accordingly)

Hi shootify,

The prefix of the next number, the next number itself and the quantity of digits in the number can be configured at Administration > Entity Manager > Invoice > Fields > numberA.
Note that the Prefix will have to be changed manually in the settings when, for example, you want to change the year from 2023 to 2024.
