EspoCRM through Docker compose

Hello,

Is it possible to run EspoCRM docker container with docker compose but with specific settings?
For example when I execute my docker-compose.yml file in fresh CRM I want to have some users, roles, teams and some extensions installed? Is it possible? If yes, can you give me some advice how to do that?
