  • Issue with one mailbox in EspoCRM

    Hello Guys,
i found out that one of mailboxes, which is working for almost for 10 years stopped working. I didn't change a thing. It just stopped fetching emails.
In logs i found a lot of errors like this:
    PHP Code:
    [2022-05-11 18:10:34ERROREmailAccount 54c1159ce9b46get message0 cannot read connection closed? [] []
    [
2022-05-11 18:10:34WARNINGE_WARNINGfwrite(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messageserror:1420C0CF:SSL routines:ssl_write_internalrotocol is shutdown {"code":2,"message":"fwrite(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages:\nerror:1420C0CF:SSL routines:ssl_write_internalrotocol is shutdown","file":"/var/www/espocrm/vendor/laminas/laminas-mail/src/Protocol/Imap.php","line":327} []

It's weird because all mailboxes are using the same server(Gmail) and only one stopped working.

item thank you for your response. It worked for MANY years and now it stopped? Other mailboxes works without any issues. I can also perform a connection test.. I'm not sure is it connected, but i'll check this.

            Hello Emil,
i don’t know for Google, but for Office365 and 2FA activated on O365, the only solution I find is appPassword.
