Modify the Parent of an Entity

    Hey all,

I noticed that out of the box you cannot have a 1-on-1 Call with a single Contact. Makes sense for conference calls, however, our organization needs to track individual sales calls. I want to be able to generate a report of what User talk to what Contact, but this isn't available in reports. Furthermore, a Contact cannot be a Parent to a Call, which I think would solve a lot of issues.

So really I guess what I'm looking for is how to modify the list Parent-types of an Entity. Is this possible?

    Hi

In versions above 3.5.0 you can do it in Entity Manager > Call > Fields > Parent
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

Oh my goodness. So simple. I don't know why it didn't occur to me that each of the fields are actually clickable links that give you more options. Wow. This helps so much. Thanks, Yuri, as always.
