Using custom Modal View

Hi,

I'm creating a follow up strategy for salespeople to continuously talk with customers.

After a call is done, the user must mark as 'Concluded' and the idea is to ask the user is he wants to schedule the next call with the customer.

I'm thinking in creating a custom Modal View dialog to ask the user to create or not the next call in the follow up.


How to create a custom Modal View dialog?

Is it possible to call that Modal via workflow after a call is updated?
