  • Hide Panel based on login

I see how to hide fields based on a value on the record. But how do you hide a panel based on the role of the person logged in?
I am making a Background Check Panel with dates and Passed/Fail that only 2 people need to see.
Username appears to be of the Contact. In any case might be tough to maintain as turnover happens.

Is there a field I am missing or it something that can be done in Entity/Formula?

    Hi crmclients

At present, I believe that there is no GUI / non-coding way to control a panel visibility based on user role values.

It is possible to do this with some coding via the dynamic handler class.

If you can do coding for this project, you might want to check this posting. https://forum.espocrm.com/forum/deve...gic-conditions

This is EspoCRM cloud and there is no coding option. All changes have to be via Admin.
Thanks for confirming. I compensated by not using panels where I had fields I needed to hide from non-management users.
