How to move values of an entity to item list of another entity?

I tried this formuas , the log table shows that it's grabbing it but nothing changes in comission page
just to make it simplified :
I've made a relationship between the invoice Items and comission and also the products , and i want these element to show in the comission , i m workinmgh all this out via Workflow extension i m not to kean on using the backend , to make a customized hook

I want to move values of opportunity(Not opportunity item) to quote(That is I need to create a related record on quote based on opportunity values).
Here i want to move some values of opportunity to quote item list(Not to quote fields). Please help me to write a work flow this. Thanks in advance.
