Preview foreign fields during entity modification with javascript ?

How do I make the edit view update foreign fields in javascript ? When I am creating an entity with foreign fields they are empty even tough the related entity is already selected.
In short, I want the users to preview the foreign field values when creating/editing an entity.

Ps. This may sound like a missing feature in Espo... has it been ever considered as potential addition?

foreign fields will not be shown until the entity is created.
