Mandatory Entities on Leads convert

Hi,

I'm just looking for mandatory entity in leads to convert option,

Example - User need to convert Lead to account, contact, Opportunity, at that time user i need to mandatory both 3 entities for convert. Because of user missed to create some entities when convert.

Anyone can help me on this ?
