Import List Not Working and No Errors Created

I ran the file through: https://csvlint.io/ and it found no issues with the file.
Do you know what tools I should be looking at to validate this and solve this?

Seems like something is off and I can't put my finger on it.

Could you share this file with me in private massage? And could you tell me, which columns in your file are problematic?

Upgraded successfully to 4.8.0.

After upgrade to 4.8.0 I was able to get the list imported correctly.

Few things that I found which worked for me.

- Wait longer, seems like on our server it would go silent for in some cases 2-3 minutes and then suddenly thousands of records would appear. (if you don't see complete in the status field, don't touch anything).

- Copy to Google Docs and export as CSV. Not sure what's different, but it fixed the problem for one of our files.

Hope these 2 tips help someone else... I am sure tanya and I would have loved to know those tricks earlier.
