    Italian translation

    Hi,

I'd like to contribute to improve the italian translation that seems to me a little bit clumsy (yes, I'm italian). Which is the best way to contribute changes?

Please use this .po file. You can use poedit (https://poedit.net/) for editing the translation. Once you finish, attach to the forum and I will generate EspoCRM files.

      Hi,

please find attached an updated translation file for Italian. The current Italian translation is a bit "odd", no offense to the author but it makes the UI almost unusable because many terms are translated incorrectly or inconsistently, e.g. Leads -> sometimes is Guida sometimes is Comando, neither of them is the correct translation though.

I think I fixed most errors, feedback welcome.

        Hi,

Thank you for your work. Would you like me to build translation files from the po for you?

          Hi Yuri,

that would help, but it would help even more to know the steps to do it by myself.

I followed the instructions at https://github.com/espocrm/espocrm/b...ter/README.md:

          - I have lang.js and po.js in the root of espocrm
          - I installed pofile: npm install pofile
          - I ran: mkdir build/; nodejs po.js it_IT
          - I edited build/espocrm-it_IT.po and updated the translation
          - I ran: nodejs lang.js it_IT

Then I went to Administration -> Empty Cache + Rebuild, I also cleaned the browser cache just to be sure. However I still see the old italian translation.

          What am I missing?
