EspoCRM OIDC SSO – Some Users Can Log In, Others Cannot

Hi everyone,

I have configured SSO in EspoCRM using OIDC. The SSO works for some users, but other users are unable to log in using the same configuration.

I would like to understand what could cause this user-specific login issue.

What should I check in EspoCRM logs, OIDC claims, user mapping, or Identity Provider configuration to identify the difference between working and non-working users?

I'm using docker based container setup for running EspoCRM

Hi,

I suggest setting the log level to DEBUG temporarily to see what is logged when users cannot log in.
