    makeing pdfs in non roman alphabets?

    Has anyone had to make PDFs in Greek, russian or Chinese? i am finding the pdf won't proccess non roman chars

    It worked before, might we have a bug after upgrading the library. I'll investigate.

      yeah it seemed odd that you'd not enable it, i think its just something you have to turn on for dompdf

        It may not print if your HTML template contains font-family which is not supported by our PDF engine. It may happen when one copies the text from another HTML source. When using Ctrl+Shift+V, it does not insert styles, hence should be used.

        Currently, we can print the most of European language scripts, but cannot print many Asian languages, e.g. Nepalese, Tamil, Hindi, because of the limitation of the library. Hope it will eventually resolved.

          I think we can partially solve the issue with a specified font-family by mapping some widely used fonts to the supported ones.

        its been a while since i tested this, though i did try using an expressly supported font and it wouldn't render.

        This is something i am anticipating needing later this year, so I am not actively developing on it

        And it's particularly Mandarin, I wish to support as our most frequent customers are there
