    Edit linkMultiple view

    Hello Team,

Like we have an option to add multiple Contact fields to the Account detail (see the panel "Kontakty" with "Provazník Jiří" in the picture), I wanted to know if there is an option to change the view of this multiple link list.

I'd love to have a name, phone number and email shown in this "linkMultiple" list - either in columns "Name" - "phone" - "emai", or in in "Name, phone, email" variation.

    Is it possible and how?

    Thanks a lot!

    F.

Hello, your screenshot does not show a list view, but a detail view. The list view is always the first displayed page, when you click the menu item, e.g. Contacts.
This list view is confugurable via Administrator->entity (contacts)->Layout->List. There you may choose any field, which is shown in the right column and drag it to the position in the middle column. This column represents the fields you will display in the list view.

Hi, thanks so much for your reply and I apologize for the misunderstanding—I probably didn’t express myself clearly. In the newly attached image, you can see the list I originally referred to.

It’s a list of contacts that are linked to the Organization using the Link feature. In this list, only the Name (last name + first name) is displayed. I’d like to have the email address and phone number shown there as well, or possibly other columns.

You probably won't be able to change anything for the Link or Link Multiple fields, however:

        1. Configure the desired field order in Administration > Entity Manager > Contact > Layouts > List (for Account).

Click image for larger version Name:	image.png Views:	0 Size:	82.1 KB ID:	1213062. In Administration > Entity Manager > Account > Layouts > Bottom Panels add Contacts.

Click image for larger version Name:	image.png Views:	0 Size:	63.4 KB ID:	121307
As a result, you will get the desired order of fields in the Bottom Panels.
