passwords needing reset when i move to a docker enviroment

Good morning,

I have managed to get our local espoCRM code base working inside a docker install though when i import the data (and rebuild) but i am having to reset the passwords after doing this.

it wasn't something i had todo before and we have moved the data between servers before so its not the encryption key.

any thoughts on what i could do so i don't have to have 200 users reset their passwords?

darn it i thought this was going to be a big problem so i posted before i did too much research and it turned out i just needed a bit of salt
