Associate Contact options with Account on custom Entity

I've created an Entity and linked Accounts and Contacts.

I create. I select an Account. I then try to select a Contact.
Instead of being limited to Contacts whose Account matches the one selected, I get a list of all Contacts.

I want this to work like Meetings where the Parent dictates what is selectable.

Can this be done?
