    Mail Case Creation - Large Number of Emails Not Retrieved

    I have an organizational mail server that receives approximately 1,000 emails per day.
    I have configured InboundEmail to extract emails from the organizational mail server, but due to the high volume of emails, they cannot be fully processed within the same day, causing a large backlog on the server.
    Is there a way to increase the number of emails retrieved at a time?

    These steps should speed up the work:
    - Try increasing the Max email portion size for personal account fetching and Max email portion size for group account fetching in Administration > Inbound Emails.
    - In Administration > Job Settings, enable Jobs Run In Parallel (if it was disabled).
    - In Administration > Scheduled Jobs > Check Group Email Accounts and in Administration > Scheduled Jobs > Check Personal Email Accounts reduce Scheduling to 1 or 2 minutes.

      Thank you very much for your suggestion. I found that the maximum limit for the first recommendation is currently 500 emails, so I directly set it to 5000 on the backend. I'll monitor the results to see if there is any improvement. Once again, I really appreciate your advice.
