Most likely, you are missing the name field when creating the record in the Destination entity. Or filling in this field is optional, and after creating a record, instead of name, you see only the ID of the record.

That is, you should display the name on the Layouts you need and mark it as Required in Administration > Entity Manager > Destination > Fields > Name.

If entries in the Destination entity are created using Formulas, Workflows or BPMNs, then you must immediately assign a specific value to the name field in the created entry.
