Click on the One-To-Many Link field and the options for the related object appear

I'm not getting it, if I select a field in the "Options Reference" that is Multi-Enum, ok here it works, but if I select a field that is, for example, varchar, no more available options appear. In other words, the "Options Reference" is only working for fields that are Multi-Enum.

Create a new Multi-Enum field and in the "Options Reference" select the old Multi-Enum field you need from another entity.

Does anyone know how I can transform a One-to-Many link field as if it were a Multi-Enum field, by clicking on it and showing all available options?

For example, Multi-Enum field, I click on it and all available options appear.



One-To-Many Link field with options on another object, I click on it and nothing appears, I would like the object's options to appear, without going to the "select" screen and without clicking on a character, just clicking with the cursor mouse over.
