Request for PDF Template Access via Portal

I have a client who wants to download PDFs. How can I allow this through the portal, knowing that the PDF template I have is only for regular users?

If the Portal Role is granted access to the Template (screenshot 1), then this Portal User will be able to use the Print to PDF function in all records of other entities to which he has access.
