500 login error - Disable cron jobs?

Hello, i don't think it's blocking your access. I have a lot of Customers which have similar errors, it's only issue with a mailbox.
If you don't have anything else in EspoCRM logs, you should check PHP logs.

Hi All

The client emailed me they were getting a 500 when trying to login, same for me, I check the logs and this is listed several times

• Job CheckInboundEmails 6512880f28402ce1e: [0] cannot login, user or password wrong; at /home/aristonc/public_html/soartrain8/application/Espo/Classes/Jobs/CheckInboundEmails.php:60.

It's our test site and the client said they haven't changed the password etc.

Wondering if this Job is preventing access and if there is a way to comment out the jobs to see if that allows login...or is there a different reason?
At the moment we cannot login but I have access to the files on the backend and have been looking through the forum but cannot see what might be disabled...
