Tasks Side Panels - Add field

Hello,
I need to add a field to the Task side panel. I have edited the /client/modules/crm/src/views/record/panels/tasks.js file and did a rebuild but it's not working. I have searched through the files to see if I need to make changes elsewhere but have been unsuccessful. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

You have to create new file like this in proper place and then link it in clientDefs. Then you have to clear cache and it should work. You shouldn't modify core files.
Unfortunately, for such modifications you need some coding skills.

I think i already pointed the file which can be an inspiration to you. You have to create new file, for your entity, then you have to remove current panel with tasks from clientDefs and add your own which you've created. Custom file should be created in proper directory, client/custom/src/views(...).
