Notifications are not displayed

Good day everyone,
on Friday, I almost did not change anything in CRM and on Monday I see that Notifications are not displaying. I used to have this bug, but I hardfix it with backup, right now I would like to avoid use this method.

To the problem:
on opening notification in console appears these two errors
I read it could be anything from Empty Symbol to incorrectly set up of Lead.list. Maybe there is some way to log it properly and find exactly what the deal?

Did you enable Developer Mode? If yes, you need to turn it off.

You created a notification record with type = Assignment. I gave an explanation what was wrong.
