Conditional field logic

Can someone tell me how can add OR in conditional fields like exampled on

Found this in documentation example on this link
All i can see in my conditional logic is

And when i click on that (...OR...) I get something like this:

How to do plain simple OR???
Anyone can help guys?

It is simple use don't add the status field First you need to click on Or+ then choose a status field and again click on Or+ and choose teams field.

Click on Or+ first thing then add fields within that Or statement
