Processes keep on status Started even tough successfully Ended

Hi team,


We have an issue that sometimes processes started by Flowcharts do not reach the Ended state even tough they ran successfully.

This results in the following error and therefore the workflow doesn't start a new process:

[2021-11-15 11:33:23] ERROR: Workflow[<WORKFLOW_ID>]: Action failed [startBpmnProcess] with cid [0], details: Process for flowchart <FLOWCHART_ID> can't be run because process is already running.. [] []

The only option is to manually stop these processes in order ensure the workflow can start new processes.
Please see the attached screenshot for an example.

Does anybody else has this issue?
