  • Email To Case - Case Contacts field not displaying

    EspoCRM 6.1.4
    Email-to-case feature is turned on. A new email is received. A case is created.
    Expected: The Case -> Contacts field is filled and visible in Case view
    Actual: Case -> Contacts field is shown as None. When Edit is clicked then the ID of the Contact is displayed, but Contact link is not displayed

    Not sure how this happens. We use this feature and have never observed such a problem.
