Email-to-case feature is turned on. A new email is received. A case is created.
Expected: The Case -> Contacts field is filled and visible in Case view
Actual: Case -> Contacts field is shown as None. When Edit is clicked then the ID of the Contact is displayed, but Contact link is not displayed
