Workflow - no Email

Hi,

Email transport in ours Espo is works.

But not in workflow.

We instal a workflow.

Trigger is:
after spokes of a record

Action is:
email immediately dispatch

But no emailis dispatched.

Did you setup a cron job? Emails are sent when cron job runs.

The Cronjob functions. The email dispatch from the CRM functions.
I have extinguished the workflow and have generated a new. Now he functions.

The second workflow should dispatchan email with a new CASE. It does not function.

When you go to Administrator > Scheduled Jobs, you can see the line that should be added to your crontab or via cPanel. Did you add this before?

All cronjaob are working.
We have not found spezial cronjob for workflow
First Workflow is sending email.
Secon workflow not sending email.

Cron job sends workflow emails, not Scheduled Job. I tried to reproduce on the demo http://demo.espocrm.de/advanced/. It works fine for me. Please create a workflow rule (as you described) on the demo and check if it works.

I was testing:
i create a user : max müller
i create a email template : new case
i create a workflow : new case

then i create a case number 11

nothing. no email is sending to max müller

i create case number 12

nothing. no email is sending to max müller

Found the problem. Will be fixed in a new release.
