Did you use one browser for two different EspoCRM instances? I can't reproduce it.

I have one instance EspoCRM. When I got blank screen i tried to logon with another browser with the same result. After fix config.php i tried to reproduse this bug, but have no such effect yet. If I can reproduce it again I will definitely write here
