Condition Required Field doesn't work when editing inline

When you have a field that is required if field Z = X, it is not working when you edit the field Z inline, setting it as X.
The required field is empty, but nothing happens.
It only considers the conditional required field when EDITING in Standard way.

It's known and not planned to change. You can disable inline edit for that field.

Maybe a conditional inline edit??? Only allow edit inline if .......

I am interested in this as well..... for example date fields that i make a conditional requirement based on other fields when doing an inline edit is bypassed and the conditional requirement does not work.

It would be really nice to have a field validation also in the in-line edit mode.
