special Characters in "cases"

Hello, I got some problems with special characters like ä ö ü Ä Ö Ü.

I am still in the "Beta" phase of this Project "usage of espoCRM for a small but good going Bakery",
I wanted to show my quoted interest person a little Demo and then I found this bug while testing.

If the "case" module makes Emails into a Case, it should at least show it properly afterwards.

Seems the "case" view don't convert/show the special characters lile ü = ü

(Edit): In the comparison you see one email came as text/html which caused problems.
The other one as text/plain

Maybe you can fix it, or give me a hint how to fix it myself.

Hi,

Could you attach an email original? I can't reproduce the issue. We show email's text/plain part in the stream. Seems that email client encodes special characters in a such way.
