        Nothing related with email fetching.
        Could you check, when was the last successful job run? (Administartion > Scheduled Jobs > Jobs)

          Schedule Failed
          When I click to one schedule it show Error 404

          The url you requested can't be handled.

            You have a lot of records with 404 Error in the log. Other parts of CRM works well?

              Email sending is OK. But receiving is not

                I do not see a lot of email file download to /var/www/espocrm/data/upload

                  Could you stop the crontab and run cron.php in cli? (as server user, if it's possible)

                        Hi,

                        It's OK now. But sometimes our server cannot receive email in 3~4 hours.
                        Is there any solution to prevent it ?

                          Possibly one of user got huge email and needs a lot of time to load it. Re-check your inbound email settings
