One user cannot receive any email

One user cannot receive any email suddenly. I checked in the setting, click check connection button, it is ok

MySql still access by phpmyadmin normally

Maybe mysql connection timeout if too low.

On behalf of phamduc on this issue, I would like to make more clear that: this user still received email until yesterday 5pm.After that no email is comming to this email.Others account email are still working.
So what's wrong during fetching for this email.
And one more thing, we do not see this address email is showing in schedule jobs "check personal email accounts"

If the mailbox contains the big email that should be fetched then the mysql connection timeout can exceeded.

default connection timeout is 10 seconds. Increase this value or decrease email max size (this email will be skipped)
