Problems with litespeed server

I think there is a caching issue with litespeed servers.

The issue is related to this tread: http://forum.espocrm.com/forum/insta...meeting-module

When disabling x-litespeed-cache on the server at chosting.dk everything works fine.
Maybe this should be noted in the documentation Server Configuration.
