Broken Run Service Action

Broken Run Service Action in Workflow. I create, but can not edit Action.
Previously created Service Action can be opened, but for newly created it does not work.

I attached a screenshot of the message in the console that appears after clicking on the button "edit"

Does Service valid? (check espocrm log and apache error log)?

Old services work.

apache log - depends on your OS and server. Ask google

For new workflow does this action available and settable?
if you can't delete action with UI, you can do it in database
