  • Activity and History not showing on Lead or Contact Screen

    Symptom:

    1. I add a call by doing Log Call from a Lead screen.
    2. The call does not show up on the Lead.

    I can also not get it to show up by going to Calls and selecting the lead. Nothing shows at all on either History or Activity.

    Has anyone experienced this issue?

    Does your user have access to read Calls?

      Yes. The user I am using to test is an admin user. Some of their options are seen in the attached image, including Calls. What can I do to find out what is going on?

        Is call created (do you see it, if you select Calls tab)?
        Could you attach screenshots of call creating in Lead panels and detail view of created call, please

          No problem. Please see attached. Need to get to the bottom of this ASAP as it is a show stopper. Thank you.

            While you filling the data, are not Attendees (Lead) set automatically? Click image for larger version
