Target Lists doesn't show all the Opted Out list

Target Lists doesn't show all the Opted Out list and then it is not possible to know how many emails are opted out.

You can reach them through the campaign but if you create several campaigns and use the same target list, you can't know easy how many people are opted out.

I attach a capture to show where I guess the "More" button should be.
