Version 9.3.8- Duplicating Dashboard Templates Reports are Getting De-linked

Whilst duplicating a dashboard template in version 9.3.8, the reports are currently linked to the dashlets are getting de-linked. Duplicating a template saves lots of efforts in creating a template from start and appreciate if this can be fixed
